Fairbanks Stable is a full service boarding and training barn located in Schoharie County, New York, owned by Faye Benedict Smith, and established in 2005. Faye is a certified instructor by the American Riding Instructors Association in Hunt Seat, Stable Management, and Eventing.

We are conveniently located 5 miles from SUNY Cobleskill, only a 5-minute drive from I-88, and welcome college students to join our barn family during their time completing their undergraduate degree.

Many services are offered including full board, training board, retirement board, lessons, clinics, and shows. Fairbanks Stable is active at local and regional shows and hunter paces all year round.

Our horses are happy with the space available to stretch their legs on our 146 acre family farm. We have a large indoor arena that is well-lit with brand new footing, an outdoor grass arena, 20+ acre turnouts, and extensive trails.

We are fully staffed with owners live on the premises.
